Who is Elliott?
I am a web designer living in Burlington, Kentucky and am married with two beautiful daughters. I enjoy creating beautiful, accessible and standards compliant web sites for both individuals and businesses alike. I also enjoy blogging about various topics, but specifically search engine optimization, accessibility, the firefox browser, and other various topics I find interesting.
I handcraft each site I create to suit the needs and desires of the individual site owner, and take great pride and care to optimize each site. I use semantic markup with Cascading Style Sheets to allow for quicker download times, reducing bandwidth usage, and increasing search engine optimization rankings.
So, what’s with the Red Truck name?
Glad you asked! I enjoy old trucks, and one of these days, maybe I’ll be able to own one. But in the meantime, I wanted something that was unique and reflective of what else I do in my life. Being a firefighter, I like red trucks. Go figure, right? I felt that the name matched the passions that I have in my life, firefighting, old trucks, and web standards.
My other passion is blogging with integrity. I live by a few simple rules when it comes to blogging.
