The Bachelorette has picked snowboarder Jesse! Yes, it’s true, the most opposite couple has been formed with these two.

What made DeAnna pick Jesse? Was is Jason’s son? Was is Jesse’s wild side?

One is not to sure, but DeAnna has picked Jesse to be her Bachelor in this seasons Bachelorette series. DeAnna was rejected, roughly, last season in the series of the Bachelor. I’m not sure why anyone would reject her, she is amazing!

So, do you think DeAnna and Jesse will last? Will the Bachelorette pick the right one with Jesse? Only time will tell! Maybe in about 6 months we will see something on Entertainment Tonight about them breaking up!

I have been a long time NASCAR and NHRA fan, enjoying the competition and speed of the cars. Every so often we are reminded that the drivers are still human. Even with all of the safety built into the cars, the rollcages and advancements in safety, there are still accidents.

NHRA driver Scott Kallita was killed yesterday in a fiery crash during NHRA qualifying in New Jersey. Kallita was in a qualifying run for the Lucas Oil NHRA SuperNationals in New Jersey.

Scott Kalitta was racing side-by-side against Tony Bartrone in the final round of qualifying. Bartrone’s parachute deployed after crossing the quarter-mile line in 6.06 seconds, but Kalitta’s failed to open after his car exploded in a fireball. Kalittas chute failed to open and crashed into the guard rail at the end of the track at an estimated 300 m.p.h. causing multiple injuries that resulted in his death.

Kalitta, 46, was the son of 70-year-old drag racing legend Connie (The Bounty Hunter) Kalitta, a former driver and current owner of Kalitta Motorsports, based in Ypsilanti. Connie Kalitta’s nephew, Doug Kalitta, 43, of Ann Arbor, drives for the team in Top Fuel, as do Dave Grubnic and 27-year-old Hillary Will.

Scott Kalitta, the 1994 and 1995 Top Fuel series champion, had 18 career victories — 17 in Top Fuel and one in Funny Car. Kalitta had most of his racing success in Top Fuel, highlighted by his series titles in 1994 and 1995. He retired from racing in 1997, sitting out most of two seasons before returning for a 10-race campaign in 1999. He sat out three more seasons following that brief stint and then returned again in 2003, joining cousin Doug as a second driver for the family’s two Top Fuel dragsters.

Scott Kalitta is survived by his wife Kathy and sons Corey, 14, and Colin, 8.

There is also a YouTube video of the crash that is rather graphic of the collision that occurred at the track. I will not show it and there is also a warning from ESPN on the video.

The Scott Kallita crash video has been removed from YouTube due to copyright infringement requests by ESPN.

If you are wondering what your home is worth in this turbulent housing market, you’re not alone. With all of the fluctuations in the mortgage interest rates, housing prices and foreclosures, it is a tough real estate market.

So, if you are looking to buy or sell a home, how can you know what the value really is on that home? What if you are looking to invest into this real estate market and want to know the real estate values?

I found a great site the other day and having looked into it a little more, they offer a wide range of services and resources for anything you need related to real estate. One of their specialties is a 1031 tic and how it relates to property transfers.

They also have quite a bit of information related to tenant-in-common investment opportunities. I won’t bore you with the details here as they can explain it better.

Cardea Commercial is worth checking out if you are looking to invest some money into this slow real estate market.

My new Asia’h Epperson blog was flagged as spam, as my prior Asia’h Epperson post has been submitted to Google as a spam post also! (...)

My new Asia’h Epperson blog was flagged as spam, as my prior Asia’h Epperson post has been submitted to Google as a spam post also! Whoever you are, karma is a bitch, so you will get yours someday. Some people are just plain assholes!

…end rant…

Ok, so someone asked me why I liked Asia’h Epperson. Why do I think she is an amazing woman for going through an audition after her father was killed in a car accident? Anyone that can make it through tragedy like that and come out on the other side is an amazing person and strong.

Don’t believe me? Not sure why I feel this way? That’s fine. Read about what happened to my daughter when she was 18 months old.

My wife is a true inspiration. Just like Asia’h Epperson, she shows me the strength to keep going everyday. Just like Asia’h Epperson, we have personally faced the challenges in our lives that would have driven most people to sucking their thumbs in the corner, crying like a baby.

Asia’h Epperson is an example of how to live. Sure, she cried and I am sure grieves at her loss. But to continue with something like American Idol auditions is a sign of maturity and strength.

So, if you are going to submit this blog to Google as a spam blog, please, by all means, go ahead. If you are going to flag this post as a spam post, fine.

Just know that I do speak from experience.

If you are looking for North Face Jackets, you need to check out this great site I found. Even though it is warm where I am right now, I finally got rid of my 11 year old coat last week. While researching North Face Jackets, since I have always wanted one, I found this great site that has a wide variety and selection with great prices.

The nice thing I like about North Face Jackets is the rugged outdoor look they have. Plus, I really like the fact that they have lot’s of secured pockets with zippers and they are really warm. I used to have one a long time ago when I was in Boy Scouts and really liked it.

The durability has always impressed me also as I know that the North Face Jackets can withstand anything a camper or hiker or adventurist can throw at it.

Check out the great line of North Face Jackets and save some money on a warm winter coat.

Recently I upgraded my free Adaware anti-spyware software. I can say that I am still impressed with the quality of a free product!

You can download the free, personal edition of Ad-Aware by visiting the Lavasoft page. Download this program, let it install, and once it is installed, it will prompt you to update the definitions file. For most installations, you can use the ‘Full System Scan’ option, and it will clean it up. You will be amazed at how much junk it finds on your system. Once the scan is complete, just click ‘next’ and it will automatically quarantine or delete the offending files, cookies, and troublesome garbage on your system. I have been using this for sometime now, and haven’t had any problems with it wreaking havoc on a system as it primarily looks for specific threats related to browser history, etc.

You might receive a prompt that it can’t delete all of the offending files because some of them are in use. It will ask you if you want it to rescan and/or remove them upon startup. This is fine as the program will run again the next time you start your computer and catch most, if not all, of the files.

One of the things that I have recently been researching is credit card debt and how it affects individual finances. (...)

One of the things that I have recently been researching is credit card debt and how it affects individual finances. I have been looking for new niches, of which I won’t disclose my keywords, and I have been learning a lot about individual finances. The one thing that amazes me is the supposed “resources” out there to help you if you have bad credit and are looking for some help in improving your credit.

One of the problems that is created is if your credit has been damaged, or you are deeply in debt and need some help and relief to get out of the debt you have created. Sometimes the only options are to use some creative financing with debt consolidation of your credit cards, or a refinance of your home loan.

One problem that I see is the high level of competition amongst each of the credit repair and credit offering companies. The big issue I see with this is the fact that if someone is looking for resources and isn’t all that familiar with how the process works, they can easily be overwhelmed and lost in information.

I found a great resource for bad credit loans that offers a comparison of different options to help repair your credit, quickly and easily. The nice part of this site is that they don’t only offer credit card information, but home loans and car loans too!

There are some great comparisons on the bad credit loans site, so if you are looking for a quick way to make some good comparisons to clean up your credit rating, head on over and visit the bad credit loans site.

Well, I used to like Digg and thought is was a good site for some interaction amongst different people and a way to promote sites that you come across. I was a pretty regular user and submitter and even had a few of my posts here get “Dugg” pretty heavily.

Last week when I went to sign in, I wasn’t able to. It kept giving me an “Account Inactive” notice. So, wondering what the hell that meant, I sent an email to Digg support. Yeah, customer support my ass!

I still haven’t heard from that original email. Nothing, nada, zip, zilch. Not a peep from anyone at digg. I was polite and was just curious if it was something on my end causing a problem. So, what gives digg?

I’m not sure, so I sent another email, this time to abuse@digg.com. Well, I’m still waiting on a reply. I don’t know what the hell is going on with digg. I haven’t spammed anyone, submitted my own stuff, pissed on anyone’s keyboard or anything like that. Hell, it was Christmas time and I haven’t been on digg in about a month or so. Is that grounds to trash my account?

Well, after a few days of no response, I sent of another email. This one wasn’t all that nice, but was still somewhat polite in terms of not calling someones mother a goat whore.

La-de-da and I’m still waiting. I even requested a response to another email address that I use just in case my internet provider had caught something in the spam filter that I couldn’t save.

Oh, well, I hope you all digg the crap out of this. For a large company that “prides” itself on being the “leader” in bookmarking submissions with all of it’s technical crap, I just wonder what kind of operation they are running when no one from several different departments can’t even respond to let me know what the hell has happened to my digg account?!

Please, and I am serious, digg the shit out of this one. I hope someone gets off their ass and at least lets me know what happened to my account.

Thanks for your time and patience, end rant.
